Matt Fleet

Senior writer Matt grew up in Australia, but relocated to London in the late-Nineties, drawn by the big city lights and a hunger to explore the world. He has spent the past 15 years working in the catering industry, both in and out of the kitchen, and has now turned his hand to researching global food trends.

An avid traveller, Matt has journeyed the world, sampling the local culinary delights and street foods whenever possible – from empanadas in the Argentinian pampas, pupusas in El Salvador and ropa vieja in sultry Havana to mohinga in Myanmar, fuul in the backstreets of Amman and khinkali in Tbilisi’s old town. He brings a wealth of knowledge and sense of adventure to the Flavour Feed team.
