Emma Veares

Writer Emma studied art for a year at Central Saint Martins in London before moving to Cambridge to complete a degree in English Literature, but her bookshelf holds almost as many cookbooks as novels and art tomes.

Emma ran the John Hughes Arts Festival for two years in Cambridge, before working with an art gallery in Spitalfields to promote its events online. She has written for Cambridge newspapers Varsity and The Cambridge Student, as well as Arts magazines Eliot’s FaceNotes and Girl Talk, and now deploys her love of writing in the world of food.
