Caleb Fanshawe

Writer Caleb graduated with a first-class philosophy degree from King’s College London, and brings this capacity for deep thinking and an eye for detail to the world of food and drink.

A keen home cook, he has spent over half a decade perfecting the flat white as a barista, loves brunch (despite detesting the word ‘brunch’) and is most happy with a steaming hot bowl of ramen in front of him.

His travels have led to sampling classic diner dishes while road-tripping in the US and attempting to acquire the taste for Icelandic dried fish. He still occasionally dreams about a prawn and mango curry he had while in southern India.
